About the designer

Maria Vinnie Wijaya was born in Palembang, Indonesia. People often call her Vinnie. She is passionate about fashion since childhood, influenced by her grandmother who was a tailor. She graduates from Raffles Design Institute Singapore.

She is inspired by history, culture, art, and literature around the world. Therefore her collection often exhibits an ethnicity theme. She loves to play with color and prints. Grown up in the family who supports women to pursue their dream, Vinnie has a desire to makes women's attire to boost their confidence in conquering the world.

 

Behind the brand

VINNIE means Conqueror. Encouraging every woman to be pleased with herself, conquer the society with her own style. Clothing line for urban women with contemporary design, focusing on clean lines, feminine details, fine fabric with playful color and print.  

 

VINNIE likes to bring the art from culture and history to fit into modern society. VINNIE would invite young generation to see ethnicity features differently.
